Scholarships For Brilliant But Needy Students
In Pakistan, approximately 45% of the population is illiterate, largely due to poverty that prevents children from accessing education. Over 17 million children are out of school, with many forced into labor to support their families. In rural and semi-urban areas of Punjab, including Gajumata, Lahore, this crisis is especially severe, where even high-achieving students often drop out due to financial hardship.
“Empowering underprivileged yet talented students through education to break the cycle of poverty and child labor.”
The long-term goal is to support at least 100 deserving students, leading to reduced child labor, increased literacy, and improved socio-economic conditions. The initiative also aims to inspire other students and communities, fostering a culture that values education. Every contribution helps not just individual students, but entire communities move toward a brighter future.
